Summary Of UK & International Delivery Options
We use Royal Mail either 1st class or Tracked 48 depending on the size & cost of your delivery - You will be notified of the tracking number if there is one with your order.  When sending abroad we do our best to get your parcel to you in a timely fashion however this can take some time in the current climate with reports from 2 weeks - 1 month in some cases.
  All customs fees will be taken by the consumer. Please look at your individual country for TAX and import duties. All our parcels are tracked hence the price, this is because it offers assurance to both you the customer and us the retailer. Please see the separate tariff for all print on demand orders as these are sent by our partner Tee Mill and therefore charged at a different/additional rate.
As we are closing down please allow extra time for your parcel to be sent out as I am juggling a job and dropping off parcels after work.

Sustainable Future

Here at Roo Betty we're doing our best for the environment by choosing packaging that is as environmentally friendly as possible.  Our postal bags  and window envelopes are made from sugar starch and are biodegradable along with your compost waste.  Why not reuse the postal bag in your food bin? Our boxes make perfect keep sake boxes  too, who doesn't love a memory box?  We are also changing up some of our suppliers to offer a more sustainable clothing solution.  If you are placing an order  items may come in a couple of parcels and you may need to place 2 separate orders depending on your goods total.
